Taeda has successfully loaded and delivered a 3 TPH carbon black granulation and deep processing

production line to Xinmi, Henan Province. This project serves as the second-phase expansion for one of our long-term customers, aimed at further enhancing the production capacity of regenerated carbon black granules.

The customer’s existing Taeda equipment has been operating stably in their plant for two years with excellent performance. Recognizing our mature technology and reliable service, the customer once again chose to cooperate with Taeda.

The newly delivered production line boasts a design capacity of 3 tons per hour, mainly consisting of 2 sets of carbon black granulation lines, 1 set of carbon black dryer and 1 set of cooling machine. Featuring a high degree of automation and stable operation, it will strongly support the customer in expanding production and improving product quality.
