Taeda has successfully loaded and delivered a 3 TPH carbon black granulation and deep processing

  Recently, a set of 3 TPH carbon black granulation/pelletizing and deep processing production line designed and fabricated by Taeda was smoothly loaded and delivered to Xinmi, Henan Province. As the second-phase expansion for one of our long-term customers, this new production line is aimed at further improving the capacity of present RCB carbon black granulation .

  Existing Taeda carbon black deep processing system has been operating stably for two years with excellent performance. Recognizing our mature technology and reliable service, the customer once again chose to cooperate with Taeda. This newly completed production line boasts a design capacity of 3 tons per hour, consisting of 2 sets of carbon black granulation lines, 1 set of carbon black dryer and 1 set of carbon black cooling machine. Featured in a high automation level and satisfying operation, it will greatly provides customer support in expanding production scale and improving carbon black granule product quality.
