Single drum cooler is a component for temperature condition of rotary kiln. During operation, materials (1000 to 1200℃) from rotary kiln can exchange heat during drum rotation and temperature of calcined materials can be reduced to lower than 200℃. Meanwhile, quality and abrasion resistance of calcined materials get improved. After cooling materials, all air will enter kiln for secondary circulating so that to improve kiln working efficiency.
Application：Widely used in high hardness materials, non-metallic minerals, chemicals, food, medicine and metal materials.
Taeda single drum rotary cooler is easy to maintain and repair. All air after cooling materials will enter kiln as secondary circulating air, which improves kiln's working efficiency and calcining effect.
